Exegesis Digest Mon, 30 Apr 2001 |

From: "Francis G. Kostella"
To: Exegesis
Subject: Exegesis Server
My ISP email problem seems to have been corrected, and a side benefit of that has been that most people can now see the new and improved Exegesis Server. You can find the list archives at:
http://exegesis.dyndns.org/exegesis/exegesis.html
and you can now participate in the unmoderated discussion area at:
http://exegesis.dyndns.org/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi
This server is a computer here at my home, linked to the internet via a free dynamic DNS (domain name service) that updates the above URLs whenever my ISP invalidates my IP address (whew!), so be aware that periodic short term outages may occur when the URL update propagates to you (or while a family member saturates the connection with web browsing). If it is not being found by your browser then give it a few minutes (20 at the very most) before trying again, otherwise it is likely some sort of error and you can contact me via email.
Very soon (I swear!) I will find the time to add the latest archives and to add serious search capabilities to the archives. We can contemplate other things, perhaps some manner of user posting of documents? Any ideas?
