Remarks about the Problem of Replicating Astrological Results

Abstract : The necessity to obtain repeatedly the same result in the same conditions is a "sine qua non" of the scientific methodology. But is it correct to reject a result after one failure to replicate it ? The author explains why this could be misleading through the notion of "sufficient" but not "necessary" factors for the recurrence of a phenomenon. (p.27)
